Clicking on the Highlight Form Fields button will automatically reveal any form fields that can be found in your active document.
Add text fields anywhere in your file using the Text Field feature. This will allow users to input custom text into those fields.
Add check boxes anywhere in your file using the Check Box feature. This will allow users to check off the appropriate boxes simply by clicking on them.
Add radio buttons anywhere in your file using the Radio Button feature. Radio buttons can only be selected one at a time; if a radio button has been selected, the previously selected radio button will be deselected.
Insert a dropdown menu box anywhere in your file using the Combo Box feature. This will allows users to select one item from the menu.
Add a list box anywhere in your file using the List Box feature. This will allow users to highlight their preferred choice amongst a list of preset options.
Select one of our predesigned Submit, Email, and Print push buttons and insert it anywhere on your document.
* The Properties menu allows you to customize your form fields by adding widget events and by changing their appearance, font style, and value.
Set your desired tab order when creating custom forms by clicking on the Set Tab Order function. This will allow users to navigate between form fields using the tab key in the order you’ve set.
Import/export data from/to an FDF file into the form fields you’ve created using the Import and Export buttons.
Simply hit the Reset button to reset the data in all form fields to their default value.
