Last Updated: Jun 29, 2017 03:54PM EDT

You can open files from and save files directly to your OneDrive account while using Soda PDF Desktop or Soda PDF Online. We also offer the synchronization to OneDrive for Business

Saving a File

Click on the file menu.

You will not use the Save option. This will only be clickable when you are working with a file that has already been saved.

In order to save a file to your OneDrive account:

  • Click on Save As.
  • Then select OneDrive or OneDrive for Business based on your need.
  • Select Sign In (if you are already signed in, click here to skip ahead)

  • Enter your credentials and click on Sign In.

  • You will need to authorize Soda PDF to access your OneDrive account. Click on Yes.

  • Name your file.
  • Navigate to the folder you would like to save your file.
  • Double click on a folder to enter it.
  • Clicking the upwards arrow will leave the current folder you are in.
  • Click Save to save the file.
