Select your desired font style from a long list of choices. You can also choose the font attribute (i.e., bold, italic, underline, etc.) as well as the font size.
Create a text field and insert it anywhere on your PDF file with the Text function.
Select any item in your PDF file and use the Cut function to remove it from your document or use the Copy function to copy it and save it to the clipboard. You can then paste it anywhere on your document or on an entirely different PDF file with the Paste function.
You can easily move or delete any page from your active PDF file with the Move and Delete features.
Use the Extract feature to extract certain pages of your active PDF file. A new tab or window will be created containing the selected pages.
You can divide the pages of your active PDF file with the Split PDF function. This action will save each selected page as a separate document on your computer.
Rotate any page in your PDF file (90°, 180°, 360°) with the Rotate function. The rotation settings will remain once the document is saved.
Add or replace the background of your pages with the Background function. You can choose from a wide range of colors from the color gallery, or you can set an image as the new background.
Use the Size function to set the paper size of your selected pages. You can choose from one of the preset sizes (letter, tabloid, executive, A3, Japanese postcard, etc.), or you can set your own size with the Page Size Setup option.
Adjust the margin size of your active document with the Margin function. You can choose from one of the preset sizes (normal, narrow, moderate, and wide), or you can set your own size with the Page Margin Setup option.
Replace a selected page or pages with a blank page or with an entirely different file with the Replace feature. You can also duplicate selected pages and replace them with other pages.
Use the Extract Images function to extract an image or images from the current document. You can choose your desired image output format from the available image format options (PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF).
Use the Ruler and Grid tools to align and adjust objects in your PDF file. The Ruler feature creates vertical and horizontal lines that will help with the measurement of objects, and the Grid feature displays a checkered grid that will help line-up text and other items in the document.
